September 18, 2015 – Single Circles “Welcome Back” Square Dance, Maple Grove, Caller Larry Johansen, Cuer Jane Simpson.  Six squares from six organizations were present.  Hotfoot Stompers and County Line Squares claimed Single Circles banners.

September 13, 2015 – It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon for our first dance of the season and everyone enjoyed the lively calling of Tom Allen and Dick Rueter.  Ken LaBau was our cuer and kept the round dancers swinging and swaying.  There were five and three-eight’s squares from ten clubs in attendance.  Celebrities were Mary Amberg, SDM Secretary; Deb Holliman, SDM Treasurer; Bob Meyer, SDM Education Director; Al and Cindy Martin, SDM Historian; and Patti Elingson, Federation at Large Representative.  Royalty in attendance were Barry and Jennifer Downs, King and Queen of Spares and Pairs and our own Queen, Bonnie Eidman  Thank you Gale Larson for handling our used clothing sale.  We collected 18 backpacks that will be given to the Dignity Center, an outreach program of the Hennepin Avenue United Methodist School of Minneapolis.  Our club enjoyed a cruise down the St. Croix River in September.  Clubs stealing small banners were County Line Squares and Spares and Pairs.

September 11, 2015 – County Line Squares “Down on the Farm” Square Dance, Monticello, Caller Abe Maier, Cuer Jane Simpson.  Six squares with dancers from Westonka Whirlers, Spares & Pairs, Single Circles, and County Line Squares participated.  Spares & Pairs retrieved their banner.

September 9, 2015 – Spares & Pairs Dance, Bloomington, Caller Dick Rueter and Guest Caller Monte Guenzler, Cuer Ray Belanger and Guest Cuer Robin Fryman.  Eight squares from 10 organizations participated.  County Line Squares claimed a Spares & Pairs banner.

March 6, 2015 – Grand Forks Herald article Grand Forks Man Learns to be a Square Dance Caller. 

September 3, 2015 – Valley Stars Square Dance, Grand Forks, Caller Charley Huhtala.  Valley Stars is on its way to reviving square dancing in Grand Forks with a new club, classes, and regular dances.

ABC square dancing was featured on the Community Stage in front of the Education Building at the Minnesota State Fair all 12 days at 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.  The information table featured a drawing for free tickets to ABC dances, lots of business cards with websites and statewide lists of upcoming ABC dances as well as classes.  The colorful, new t-shirts sponsored by Come Square Dance advertised square dancing as well.  Many thanks to everyone who came to dance or to call or to help out in many different ways.

September 5-6, 2015 – Western Minnesota Steam Threshers Reunion Square Dances, Rollag, Callers Mark Helfter, Myron Hollatz, Jim Lizakowski, and Tom Jacobs, Cuer Rita Lizakowski.  Dancers from Minnesota and North Dakota participated at the dances throughout the day.
